My goal in the Goch Lab is to apply chemistry in meaningful ways to contribute to advancing environmental science and developing solutions that benefit communities across the world, particularly those facing limited access to clean water.

In the future, I plan to pursue a PhD in epigenetics and cancer biology and build a career in biomedicine, where I will contribute to research that advances our understanding of disease and leads to more effective treatments.

My goal as a member of the Nano Goch Group is to contribute to major new findings in environmental chemistry, specifically in sustainable water remediation. To be able to apply my knowledge to benefit communities without access to clean water is very meaningful to me, and the Nano Gochlab allows me to play a key role in the development of a more accessible future. After my time at Wesleyan, I plan to pursue a career in medicine, specifically neurology where I hope to reach patients in underrepresented communities.
